Hot-Melt, EVA based, bonding agent suitable for gluing edges of different nature by means of automatic edge banding machines. General purposes.
STARSTIK 4000
EVA based hot melt adhesive for manual edge banding, for bonding of the edges on curved and shaped panels. General use. Suitable for plastic edges (ABS, PVC) on chipboard and MDF panels.
STARSTIK 4735
Hot melt adhesive for edge banding with HPL, resinated papers and ABS edges on chipboard panels. Also suitable for precoating of the edges.
STARSTIK 7056
Eva based hot melt adhesive for edge banding, unfilled, with medium open time. High adhesion, suitable for HPL, resinated papers, wood and plastic edges (ABS, PVC, PS, PET).
STARPUR HM1630
Polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive for edge banding, with high green strength and high thermal stability. Suitable for bonding edges made by plastic (ABS, PVC, PP, …) with primer, solid wood, veneer, decorative papers, HPL/CPL. Also, for thick edges. When crosslinked, the glue line shows excellent resistances to high temperatures, to moisture and a very good cold flexibility.
STARCLEAN 59
Cleaner for polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesives based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. It contains a special additive that is able to deactivate the isocyanate reactive groups. It has low viscosity and fast melting.
