STARVIL RP3

Polyvinyl acetate water-based adhesive with high performances that fulfils the requirements of the D3 class (EN 204). When the hardener INDURITORE S50 is added (5% by weight), the D4 class according to EN 204 is fulfilled.

INDURITORE S50

INDURITORE S50 is a solvent-free isocyanate-based hardener for water-based adhesive. After the addition of the hardener, the adhesive reaches higher performances of heat resistance and water resistance.

STARVIL RP20

Polyvinyl acetate water-based adhesive with high performances that fulfils the requirements of the D3 class (EN 204). Starvil RP20 has high viscosity and is suitable for bonding of parquet floors, windows, doors, tropical woods, bathroom furniture, kitchen furniture, kitchen tops and doors and whenever a very high resistance to water and to high temperatures is requested.

STARVIL D2

Polyvinyl acetate water-based adhesive for bonding soft wood on itself and laminate on soft wood. Good setting properties and very good heat resistance. It is suitable for cold presses and hot presses. Can be added, up to 20% by weight, to urea-formaldehyde glues to increase the adhesion properties and to fulfil the E0 requirements of formaldehyde emissions.

STARVIL D2R

Polyvinyl acetate water-based adhesive with high performances for bonding of hard woods (beechwood, maple, etc. on themselves) for the production of wood chairs. Also suitable for the assembly of furniture parts when fast setting is required. High shear strength, fast setting and high creep resistance; certificates are available upon request.
